Set of 4 kitchen knives (for skewering, for bread, Chef's small and Chef's

large) Core with walnut handles. The set is complemented by a do block

storage. Its wooden structure has hidden

inside magnets, thanks to which you can freely "hang up" the knife during

work. The whole is elegant and comfortable to use.

The Core series perfectly combines a timeless classic look with ergonomics and

practicality. Solid concave blade made of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel

(X50CrMoV15) is optimized by a complex manual machining process that

organizes its internal structures. The blades are then tempered to

hardness 58 HRC. For longer blade life and even more accurate

cutting, the cutting edge is machined accurately.

The guard prevents the hand from slipping onto the blade. Comfortable handle

simple shape allows for comfortable work, and the whole is emphasized by the stylistic

flavor which is the rounded edge of the blade. The handle material is walnut

wood - warm and sure to grip. Perfect fit with the blade increases the value
